SAN FRANCISCO MARINE SURVEYORS

San Francisco Marine Surveyors is a group of independent marine surveyors. The group was founded fifty years ago in San Francisco. The founding marine surveyors are no longer with us. However, each one of us has been trained by one of those original marine surveyors who worked in this office. 

Although we do share and divide equally the general expenses of operating the office, including the rent, secretarial wages, supplies, telephone costs and related bills, we are independent of each other in that we each bill individuallty and are paid individually for our services.

We engage in survey work in yachts and small craft as well as tugs, barges, floating cranes, commercial fishing boats, ferries and ships of all kinds. We work primarily in and around the San Francisco Bay. However, we have done work throughout North America, Central America and the islands of the Pacific.

Each member of San Francisco Marine Surveyors is a certified member of  The National Association of Marine Surveyors.
